Steel & Pipe Distribution
Our Steel Service Centers are distributors of steel products and produce customized designs to meet specific customer requirements. Our centers provide a working reservoir of materials for industrial usage and deliver it when needed.
Our Pipe Service Centers maintain a substantial inventory and also provide many customer services for material distribution.
Fabrication
The Fabrication Division provides a full range of services in the structural steel and miscellaneous metal fields of construction. Our work includes the full scale fabrication of structural steel ranging in scale from buildings and bridges, to handrails and ladders.
Railcar Repair
Our Railcar Maintenance Division, which is M1003 Certified, inspects, repairs and rebuilds railroad cars. By utilizing abundant bridge/jib cranes and industrial tie-downs, Altoona is able to combine equipment and expertise to provide the highest possible railcar services.
